# About RVAFeed

RVAFeed is Richmond news, written to be quick to read and easy to check.

Richmond is an independent city: it is not part of Henrico or Chesterfield County, and each has its own government, police department and school system. We always say which one a story is about.

## How we work

We credit our sources and stick to what they support. We use AI tools to help with some of our work, such as drafting stories from official announcements. ## Who we are


RVAFeed launched in 2026 and is published by Community Feed Media. It is an independent news site. We are not part of the City of Richmond, Henrico County, Chesterfield County or any agency we cover; we report on them for Richmond residents.
